Change Membership Type
If your TCM would like to become a Digital Branch Office, login to your member back office and click on the enroll now button.
Rebates and Grants
Starts calculating Saturday at 12:00 AM to Friday at 11:59 PM and is paid the following Friday.
Commissions
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on the 15th of the next month.
Dashboard Function
The dashboard may not accurately reflect your community due to beta testing.
Login Information/Change Password
You can find your login information or member ID in your welcome email. You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" below the login section.
Moves/Placement
Moves may be requested by submitting a completed "Sponsor/Placement Change Request" form to dbosupport@tranzactcard.com. Click here to download form (PDF) From August 15, 2023, each move will incur a $25 fee.
Error Codes
It is possible to receive error messages while we are still in our beta testing. We are working to resolve these on a daily basis. However, if you receive an error code, please take a full page screenshot and submit a ticket.
Refunds
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of enrollment. When a refund is issued, you will be unable to enroll again for 6 months. Once the request is received, refunds take 3-5 business days to be credited back to the originally charged card. When submitting your request, please include the capitalized word "REFUND" in the subject line.
Transfer your Digital Branch Office
To transfer your Digital Branch Office to another person, you must complete the "Authorization to Transfer a Digital Branch" form and submit to dbosupport@tranzactcard.com. Click here to download form (PDF)
Before the transfer may be accepted, the Buyer must complete and submit the "Digital Branch Office Agreement" to dbosupport@tranzactcard.com. Click here to download agreement (PDF)
